Spa & Wellness Pre-Opening Services

Our services range is supporting potential spa & wellness businesses with a complete range of services with their intended business. This holistic approach is very popular for its transparency, cost effectiveness and end in mind work scope covering all aspects of initiating the spa and wellness business.

  • Pre-Opening Development

We will develop a spa concept that is tailored to the location, target markets and Spa’s unique design features. The Master Concept and Branding Guidelines can be provided by the client or management company. If this is not available, we can develop in consultation with business owner.


We will also do research on local traditions and ingredients at this stage. Sourcing of local or international spa product suppliers that complement the spa concept and work with the chosen supplier in the adoption of unique treatment techniques and procedures will also be conducted at this stage.


• Staff Recruitment

We will create staffing forecasts based on operational requirements, provide assistance with interviews and selection of qualified local or expat Spa Manager and Therapists. Whilst the consultations will be provided, the recruitment process to be conducted by the Human Resources Department.


• On-Site Training

Our four (04) weeks continuous on-site spa training and implementation program includes a multitude of aspects to ensure all areas relating to training is covered.
I. Spa Training and Product Development
We will provide spa therapy training for three (03) signature spa rituals, three (03) types of specialized massages / power treatments including a minimum of one (01) signature massage unique to the spa business. Also, this will include four (04) types of body treatments and three (03) types of facials.
II. Provide training in delivery 5-star guest experience that is consistent with the brand philosophy and spa concept
III. Provide in-depth product knowledge training (operational & retail)


• Operational Training

We will create practical sessions in guest spa journey, guest services, handling difficult guests and troubleshooting, reception procedures in guest arrival and departure. Assist in setting up Spa Operational and Training Manuals covering spa policies and general standard operating procedures (SOP’s), spa treatment SOP’s (including treatment delivery and room setup, treatment description, product ingredients and benefits) and spa front of house
and back of house SOP’s.• Training on Sales In improving sales and increasing selling knowledge of the spa team, we will conduct training on below aspects.
I. In-depth product and treatment knowledge (they are required to participate in all training sessions of the staff)
II. Building packages & promotions
III. Managing client databases
IV. Membership and related sales
V. Retail product selection and display


• On site set-up & Implementation Progress

Ideally two (02) weeks of pre-opening setup and implementation assistance will be given. All facilities on site should be completed and all operating equipment and supplies are available for use during simulation. We will also provide the Spa Manager with a spa defects list, spa daily check list and a final full day of spa concept immersion to the spa team.

• Post Opening Assessment
Provide the Spa Manager and Owner with a detailed on-site assessment of operational therapist evaluation three (03) months and six (06) months after implementation
